Easter Morning

It's Easter morning and Finn is cuddled up with Dad and the Easter Bunny enjoying a bottle.

Some crazy fun with Daddy.

Grass is the funnest thing about Easter so far.

The Hunt

Finn braved chilly Easter temperatures for his first Easter Egg hunt. When we woke up this morning it was -1 degrees outside. But he loved it! It's hard to keep him indoors these days and he had a blast navigating the backyard in search of eggs.

Mom is really proud of her little boy.

He's really getting the hang of it.

The Feast

After hunting for the eggs, Finn had worked up quite an appetite. It's the only time we have seen him eat an egg! He won't touch them at the dinner table.

After the hunt, we went over to see Brown Eyes with Annalise. Brown Eyes is our favorite horse who lives across the street.

Finn now has two chompers. He really puts them to good use and can't wait to get his teeth into the Easter cake.

The Cake

Mom made a Easter Bunny cake, just like the one Grandma Forss would make. Neighbor and great friend Annalise just couln't wait to dig in and who could blame her. It was the icing on the cake to a really great Easter for the Hogans.

Birthday, Christmas, and Snow!

We have had an eventful past few months! Finn took another airplane trip to Rockford and had such a great time spending his Birthday and Christmas with Grandma, Grandpa, Aunt Kathy and Uncle Bill, Aunt Shelly and Uncle Steve and all his cousins who he got to meet for the first time. He also has some fun in the snow in what has turned out to be a banner year for Jackson Hole. As I publish this blog, we have a snow pile over 4 feet on either side of our driveway. It just hasn't stopped snowing since January 4th. Jeff is up shooting in Yellowstone and the cabin is buried under many feet of snow.

a little magic created by leecy and her brother aaron. brilliant photoshopping. that's lasagna on his face and for the record... printed on his bib is "frog."
